What To Expect

  • Who It Is For

    This course is designed specifically managers, employers, supervisors and business owners who have an interest in expanding their knowledge and skills on how best to support their staff's mental health and wellness in the workplace.

  • How It Works

    You can sign up anytime for this self-guided online course. The course includes 8 chapters with several short lessons in each, including video presentations, worksheets and group discussion boards. The course will take 5-7 hours but you have 3 months to complete it.

  • What You Will Learn

    After completing this course you will have tools to identify and monitor psychological health issues in your workplace, techniques for communicating effectively with staff, and practical strategies for implementing wellness practices with teams.
